Mr. Sheehan represents companies, partnerships and individuals in business, commercial real estate, and securities transactions. He has experience facilitating asset purchase agreements of all sizes as well as real estate transactions - from drafting the purchase and sale agreement to the transaction's close. Mr. Sheehan drafts documents necessary for commercial lending transactions, and regularly engages in the formation of Texas business entities and the extensive drafting of such entities' governing documents. Mr. Sheehan also has experience facilitating private placement offerings, drafting independent representative contracts, license agreements, and entity ownership transfer documents.
