Mr. Cauthorn is Of Counsel in the firm. He founded the firm in 1984 and became Of Counsel in 2003. Mr. Cauthorn was formerly a shareholder of the San Antonio law firm of Cox & Smith.

T. Drew Cauthorn has practiced law in San Antonio for almost 40 years in the areas of corporate, securities and general business law. Mr. Cauthorn has represented public companies in public offerings and in their ongoing securities reporting. He also has considerable experience in bank acquisitions and regulatory matters, as well as in a variety of sophisticated corporate and business transactions. Mr. Cauthorn was a member of Phi Delta Phi and served as an Associate Editor, Texas Law Review, 1965-1967, and as a Briefing Attorney for the Supreme Court of Texas, 1967-1968.
