Professional Experience
Ms. Gray has practiced law with the firm since 2001, focusing primarily on commercial real estate, partnership, corporate and general business matters. She received her law degree from the University of Texas in 1997 and began her legal career at Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer and Feld, LLP where she handled public and private securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, entity formations, contract drafting and negotiation, corporate governance and other corporate matters. Thereafter, Ms. Gray served as in-house legal counsel to an investment management company where she handled matters involving various aspects of federal and state securities law.

Ms. Gray's practice includes the representation of clients in all aspects of acquiring, developing, financing, leasing and selling commercial real estate, as well as entity formations, contract drafting and negotiation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, private placements and other corporate matters.
