Details of Practice
Mr. Randolph practices exclusively in commercial litigation in both state, federal court and in arbitration proceedings. He tries civil cases involving complex business disputes on both sides of the docket. Mr. Randolph represents a wide variety of clients in all aspects of commercial litigation including, contract litigation, commercial construction litigation (as representative of owners, general contractors and subcontractors), telecommunication litigation, real property litigation, landlord/tenant litigation and fiduciary litigation.

Professional Activities
Mr. Randolph is a life fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation and has served on numerous legal and other committees and boards including service as Co-Chairman of the Federal Courts Pretrial Committee, and as a member of the Construction Law Section of the San Antonio Bar Association.
