Professional Experience
Mr. Navarro is an associate in the firm. Prior to that he was an associate with the law firm Gardere Wynne Sewell in Dallas, Texas. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Navarro was a manager in the securities brokerage division at USAA Investment Management Company and has held various NASD securities licenses. During his employment with USAA, Mr. Navarro also served as an Adjunct Professor at the Incarnate Word University.

Details of Practice
Mr. Navarro maintains an active practice with an emphasis on litigation. Mr. Navarro has extensive experience in both state and federal court and arbitration in a wide variety of cases involving issues pertaining to oil and gas, contract, tort, securities, commercial and residential construction, real estate litigation, fiduciary litigation, trade secret misappropriation and personal injury plaintiff cases. In addition to his civil trial practice, Mr. Navarro provides advice as outside counsel to many of the firm's clients and routinely assists in contract negotiations. Mr. Navarro manages all aspects of cases, from inception through completion, including motion practice, written discovery, depositions, hearings, settlement negotiations and trials.
