Mr. Williams joined the firm in 2001 following several years in private practice representing businesses and individuals primarily in litigation matters. Mr. Williams is also the former general counsel for a retail company and was an associate with the San Antonio law firm of Cox & Smith Incorporated.

Mr. Williams' diverse practice involves trust, estate and probate litigation including will contests, trust modifications, fiduciary litigation, shareholder and partnership disputes, real estate litigation, intellectual property litigation, personal injury, wrongful death and catastrophic injury litigation, and general business and commercial litigation. His experience includes first and second chair jury and bench trials to verdict in State and Federal Courts as well as appellate briefing and argument.
