Mr. Sheehan has handled civil lawsuits for over 36 years, representing both plaintiffs and defendants, including trying multiple jury trials to verdict in state and federal courts. Although he has experience in virtually every type of civil lawsuit, he has particular practice emphasis and experience in the following:

• Business torts, including breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, negligent misrepresentation, and trade secrets.
• Business and Partnership disputes, including shareholder disputes, breaches of non-compete agreements, minority oppression, partnership disputes, contracts and fraud.
• Oil and Gas litigation, including disputes regarding contracts, title issues, trade secrets, and fraud.
• Trusts and Estates litigation, including will and trust contests, and breach of fiduciary disputes.
• Catastrophic personal injury suits representing injured plaintiffs and families, including wrongful death cases.

Born October 3, 1950. Married to Susan A. Sheehan since 1976. Susan is a realtor with the Phyllis Browning Company in San Antonio, Texas. Two sons, Connor and Ty. Connor graduated from Baylor University with a BBA in December 2000, graduated from St. Mary's University School of Law in 2004 (magna cum laude) and is currently a civil trial attorney at Dunn Sheehan, LLP in Dallas, Texas. Ty graduated with a BBA from Baylor University in December 2002, graduated from St. Mary's University School of Law in 2006 (summa cum laude) and is currently a transaction/business attorney with Hornberger Sheehan Fuller & Beiter Incorporated in San Antonio, Texas.
