Ms. Berwick focuses her practice on commercial real estate and financing transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing and development. Ms. Berwick also has experience in commercial lending transactions (real estate and asset-based) and general business matters involving for-profit and non-profit corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies.
