Mr. Beiter also represents clients in virtually all aspects of energy and environmental transactions and regulatory compliance. Mr. Beiter's extensive background in the energy industry enables him to provide sound counsel regarding litigation risk avoidance claims evaluation and litigation strategy. It also provides him with the ability to understand and clearly present both the business and technical aspects of his clients' interests.

Professional Activities

Mr. Beiter has served as Chairman to the Oil, Gas & Energy Resource Law Committee of the Texas State Bar, Chairman of the Global Oil & Gas Exploration and Production Committee; and the Environmental Litigation Committee of The American Bar Association's Section on Natural Resource and Environmental Law. Mr. Beiter is a sustaining member of the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation, American Association of Petroleum Landman and South Texas Geological Society. Mr. Beiter is a frequent author and speaker.
